Job Title: Debone Supervisor
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in supervising people
Ability to achieve high level of productivity and efficiency
Strong oral and written communications skills
Normal work week Monday thru Friday (Some Saturday work)
Safety and customer satisfaction are the areas of primary focus
Must be able to multi task and prioritize task
Able to work in a cold environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous debone experience in the poultry processing industry
Experience in fast paced environment
