Job Description
The Inside Comfort Specialist is the first point of contact for most of Valley Air, LLCs residential customers, and is responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives. The candidate will become a subject matter expert in HVAC. The ideal candidate must have a high degree of maturity, be a team player, and be able to handle a high volume of leads.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel
Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales
Schedule consultations over the phone for our sales representatives
Exceed set quotas and work in a fast-paced environment
Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent Valley Air, LLC in a professional manner
Must be able to elicit customers interest and concerns while providing pertinent information to the customer
Qualifications
Ability to learn new technology and procedures
Must be customer focused at all times to ensure high quality of customer satisfaction
Previous knowledge of HVAC is preferred but not required
Proven track record in working in a target driven environment
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use sound judgment in the qualifying process
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal screen
