Local Builder seeking a Leadman to oversee Remodeling division. Must have minimum of 10 years experience in residential construction and remodeling. Leadman will oversee job sites, coordinate materials ordering, work closely with subcontractors, and manage small remodeling crew.
Must have own transportation and small hand tools.
Pay is based on experience.
