Our Lynchburg, Virginia dealership is seeking to hire a Dealership General Manager who will embrace our culture and take the dealership to the next level.
Qualified candidates will have:
5+ years senior management experience, preferably in truck dealership operations or a related heavy equipment industry
Strong preference for prior business-to-business sales and fixed operations
Bachelors degree
Strong supervisory, leadership and communication skills
Proficient with computers, budgets, and financial analysis
Strong orientation to customer service excellence
