We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Business Systems Integrator & Customer Interaction Specialist to act as our company’s first point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers and clients. In this position, you will be in charge of handling sales and inventory as well as bringing in projects, negotiating project contracts, and creating and bundling business packages.

To excel in this position, candidates should be able to multitask in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring inventory levels are recorded correctly and that the storeroom is well-kempt and organized

· Keeping up to date on current pricing and selling trends using our common portals and resources, for being able to identify when an item is a good price for us to purchase; as well as being able to quote average prices to a customer or client

· Being ready to assist walk-in customer, as well as phone calls

· Posting on a number of different resources to continue to drive sales and clients

· Watching for new sales and resources that may arise

· Ensuring all outbound shipping is handled promptly

· Offering and negotiating project contracts with clients

· Develop standards for contracts, including budget, payment terms, etc.

· Engaging customers and clients

· Marketing inventory and services for the company

· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and clients

· Quickly creating quotes for projects and bench work

· Create and bundle business packages

· Capture business requirements and translate them to IT boundaries and criteria

Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Strong IT experience required

· A minimum 1-year experience in sales or an office setting preferred

· Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills a must

· Strong customer service skills required

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

· Ability to work under pressure

· Proficient problem-solving skills

· Strong verbal and written skills and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow

· Must understand business modeling and concepts

· Familiar with web design, coding not necessary

· Able to meet SLAs
