Wood Ridge Farm Brewery has an opening for an experienced brick oven pizza chef/baker. We have 2 wood fired brick ovens that we will be using to produce pizzas and breads using our farm grown grains and as much of our farm fresh ingredients as possible.
The brewery is a true farm brewery as we grow and malt all the grains for the beer we brew. The bakery will be an extension of our farm to table ideology. Someone with prior knowledge involving the setup of a typical bakery preferred so that he or she could offer assistance in the final design of the bakery and commissary.
