Experienced Small Engine Mechanic needed in Lynchburg Area. $13.00/hourDescription:Small Engine Mechanic: The Small Engine Mechanic repairs, and maintains, gasoline engines used to power equipment such as portable saws, lawn mowers, generators, and compressors. The Small Engine Mechanic adjusts points, valves, carburetors, distributors, and spark plug gaps, using feeler gauges. The Small Engine Mechanic reassembles engines after repair, or maintenance, work is complete. This is a 1st Shift Position. Pay Rate: $13.00/hour. Paid Weekly. Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Options are available.Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience in Small Machine Repair neededMust be able to work effectively, and efficiently, in a fast paced environmentMust be able to Stand, Stoop, Bend, Twist, Squat while repetitively lifting up to 50lbs for entire shiftPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentApplicant may be subject to a background check.
