Busy Real Estate Settlement company is seeking an experienced Title Processor/Settlement Closer. $15.00/hrThe position is for a seasoned/experienced processor/closer for real estate transactions. Preferably someone who has worked for an Real Estate attorney, settlement company or title company. Some weeks the qualified candidate could only work 20 hours, then other weeks possibly 40 hours, depending on business demands. Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. Paid Weekly. Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage Options are available.2+ years experience in Real Estate Closing Procedures in highly recommended.Prior experience with Softpro or ProForm used for preparing our documents, If the qualified candidate has experience with another real estate closing software, they should be able to pick up our system fairly quickly.Must be very detailed orientated; be able to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines; be able to perform real estate closings; have a good personality to mesh well with our clients (bankers, real estate agents, etc.); and be a team player.Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentSome Completed Coursework is desired2+ years experience in Real Estate Closing/Title ProcessingPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition or employmentApplicant may be subject to a background check -A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
