We are a Security Company that is in the beginning phases of Operations. We are seeking a Security Captain (Security Manager) to join our roster and help us get off on the right foot in the Security Industry.

The Security Captain will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day Security Operations;
Scheduling/Assigning of Security Supervisors;
Overseeing Employee Scheduling;
Overseeing Employee Performance;
Managing Security Posts and Updating Security Policies;
Acting as the DCJS Compliance Officer;
Other Duties as Assigned
The Security Captain will also be responsible for filling any lower-level position that remains unfilled. We believe strongly in balancing the workload and we do not anticipate, nor will we allow the overloading of the Security Captain or any lower-level positions.
The ideal candidate will:
Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
Be a US resident or legal resident alien;
Possess a valid Driver's License;
Possess 3+ years of Private Armed Security experience;
Possess a state (any state) Private Security license;
Possess experience as a Security Supervisor (Corporal, Sergeant, etc.); (preferred, not required)
Have excellent Customer Service skills
Possessing a DCJS certification is not required; however, it is beneficial and will become required later in the process.
Compensation will be Based on Experience and can be negotiated with the right person. We are just now beginning to finalize our Operations and we are not able to highly compensate, at this time, which is why we are offering this as a Part-Time position. This position will transition into a Full-Time position once all clearances and certifications are obtained by the company to begin Security Operations at which point the pay rate will be in excess of $22/hr.
