We are looking for a part time maintenance person that is EPA certified in HVAC, and can do PLUMBING and ELECTRICAL on rental properties in the downtown Lynchburg area. There are usually 3-5 service calls per week, sometimes more, sometimes less.
If you work full time for a large company, evening work is usually fine.
