A prestigious fortune 500 company is on the search for an Architecture Senior Tech Lead (Platform & Data Solution Architect). This role is all about technology transformation architecture with technologies such as application platforms: WebLogic, Openshift, Kubernetes, JBoss, and Tomcat. The client is looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization.
Technology & Responsibilities:

  • Platforms within the company include, but not limited to:
  • Application Platforms: WebLogic, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Tomcat, JBoss, Mobile (Android & iOS)
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware & VMC
  • Information Security: Tivoli Access Manager, Ping
  • ALM & Pipeline: Atlassian, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELK
  • Databases: RDBMS, NoSQL, HDFS
  • Data Engineering: Spark, Data Pipelines, Feature Caching
  • AI/ML
  • Hands-on and architectural experience with these are required, as well as a demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations
  • Collaborate with other Enterprise Architect leads to assure that Platforms are aligned with EA vision, roadmap, principles, and guidelines and can enable software engineering teams and solution architects to deliver on business outcomes
  • Define and implement Reference architecture patterns which will be used by development teams
  • Be an authority through transformation into Agile Architecture and align with the Modern Delivery methodology
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization
  • 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture is preferred
  • Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
  • Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification required, Other cloud provider architect certifications desirable as well

  • Summary The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation\'s effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Responsibilities This position is part of the Directorate of Identity Intelligence (DII) Team responsible for mission innovation. This individual will lead a team of contract support responsible for advanced data analysis of terrorist identities information. Develop an understanding of and utilize a variety of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of known or suspected terrorists (KSTs), including as appropriate, social networking and other \"new\" media; incorporate policies, strategies, tactics, techniques, procedures and mechanisms to reveal the true identity of individuals, personas, or groups by analyzing and exploiting data related to sets of specific identity attributes to build the most comprehensive terrorist identity record available to the USG. Identify, gather, and extract Identity Intelligence information and perform relational tracing to determine relationships, patterns, trends, indicators and warnings that address intelligence gaps. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts in the CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities to support NCTC mission requirements and analytic undertakings and to promote intelligence integration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify needs, requirements, and develop extensive recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data, and arrive at clear, logical and concise conclusions. Ability to exercise sound judgment and form objective conclusions/recommendations, monitor for compliance, and evaluate the effectiveness of recommendations based on empirical facts, evidence, and other pertinent information. Thorough knowledge of terrorist identities, analysis, compilation, and dissemination, coupled with extensive knowledge of associated databases and identity targeting processes. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. Ability to remain open-minded and change opinions on the basis of new information and requirements; basic ability to support group decisions, accept and incorporate feedback, and solicit opinions from coworkers. Thorough knowledge of IC organizations, policies, and procedures, and their requirements with regard to terrorist identities intelligence research and analysis. Ability to research and logically analyze, synthesize, and judge information, as well as the ability to review and incorporate multiple sources of information in performing assignments. Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interagency environment on complex issues requiring negotiation and consensus-building. Salary Determination: The ODNI uses a rank-in-person system in which rank is attached to GS employees on the basis of individual qualifications, experience, and performance. Individuals whose current GS grade is equivalent to the grade of the advertised position will retain their current grade and step. Individuals who transfer to the ODNI from a non-GS pay scale will have base pay converted to the appropriate GS grade and step as determined by the Director/ Human Resource Management.
