Job Description:

Significant experience working in core business functions of the primary mortgage market.

Position Overview
  • Leverage mortgage industry expertise to guide the team with product positioning, industry best practices, and understanding industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enable launch preparedness in alignment with appropriate policy, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Setup operation support and business process for new mortgage products.
  • Develop draft and work effectively with partners to document end to end process flows.
  • Create comprehensive service blueprints that accurately show interactions within the product ecosystem.
  • Create operational playbook that includes procedures, roles and responsibilities, RACI, escalation, SLAs etc.
  • Work closely with the Go-to-market leads (sales/customer advocate) to incorporate Voice of the Customer in operations process/procedures
  • Support legal and contracting when working with partners.
  • Product reporting
  • Analyze and report customer, end user and partner activities.
  • Partner with business lead to collect and analyze data to learn about client behavior.
  • Partner with GTM team in development of criteria/analysis for identifying customers and partners.

Qualifications:
  • At least 10+ years of primary mortgage market experience focused on originations and relationship management.
  • Strong experience in modelling, designing and documenting business processes.
  • Ability to work in an innovative fast-paced culture partnering across a lean team to accomplish project objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically and to engage in hands-on work in development of processes, procedures and other activities as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive presentation development and delivery.
  • Knowledge of design thinking, lean agile methodology, human centric design and product ownership model is desirable.
  • Strong Business side technology implementation experience
