Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary program coordinator for the MITRE Leadership Center and associated learning programs, providing administrative and coordination support for scheduling, registration, updating content publication, tracking attendance of courses, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Manage the daily schedule of the Center Director, maintaining their calendar and deconflicting competing requests, which requires the ability to prioritize requirements and demands while effectively communicating.

Coordinate with event planning vendors and third-party learning providers as needed to facilitate their participation in Leaders of the Future (LOTF) program offerings.

Work closely with LOTF program and development team to coordinate logistics for LOTF team sessions, team building, and other events, including securing space, necessary materials, supplies, refreshments, ensuring correct security etc.

Schedule and organize Center staff meetings, attending when required and providing set-up assistance for both in-person and virtual teleconferences / learning sessions as needed.

Organize and coordinate all travel arrangements along with drafting subsequent expense report for the Center Director.

Other coordinator, administrative, or support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent in education, or 3 years’ experience with an Associate degree, or 2 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work.

Must be highly motivated, proactive, flexible, coachable and possess the ability to effectively improvise.

Self-starter, can work autonomously, and can anticipate needs or challenges in advance and escalate when appropriate

Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Preferred Qualifications:B.A./B.S. in related field such as business, adult learning, higher education, human resources, or learning and development

5 or more years relevant experience

Demonstrated experience supporting Director level or higher leader

Experience with vendor contracts

  • Summary The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads the development, negotiation, and presentation of the National Intelligence Program (NIP) budget on behalf of the Director of National Intelligence to the President and the Congress. The CFO\'s three main responsibilities include resource management (budget analysis, formulation, justification, and execution), performance planning and evaluation, and financial management improvement. Responsibilities Lead the examination and analysis of budget requests and execution data to ensure accuracy and consistency with National and Intelligence Community (IC) strategic priorities, compliance with guidance, regulations, laws, and usage of sound budgeting and financial management practices. Interface and collaborate with the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) mission owners, National Intelligence Managers, and/or IC functional oversight offices to determine resource needs to satisfy priority requirements. Provide expert advice and guidance to mission owners regarding the budget process, potential resource decisions, and strategies to satisfy resource needs. Develop deep expertise in assigned portfolio to inform resource decisions, understand mission owner objectives, and the mission impacts of program decisions. Initiate, develop, and conduct in-depth analysis of IC budget trends and issues. Apply critical thinking to devise and evaluate alternative strategies and innovative solutions for key program and budget issues throughout the budget process. Interface and collaborate with the IC component Resource Managers, internal and external organization staffs to ensure program and budget recommendations to IC and Department of Defense (DoD) senior leadership are fully coordinated and satisfy priority requirements. Lead the review, editing, coordination and production processes for budget justification materials to ensure timely delivery to Congress, and monitor and summarize IC component Congressional budget actions and provide substantive input for appeals to Congressional budget markups. Review and provide substantive input to IC and DoD Congressional budget testimony, responses to Congressional queries, Questions for the Record, Congressionally Directed Actions, and letters, memoranda and reports regarding program, budget and execution issues. Plan and oversee the conduct of IC component formal budget execution reviews. Assess program plans for under executing resources and develop strategies for realignment to other IC priorities. Provide expert advice and guidance in support of IC component resource management and/or budget justification process improvement efforts.
