Responsible for reporting progress, planning, resource staffing, hiring, addressing performance concerns, ensuring processes are being followed

Manages the day-to-day activities of the team

Manage testing risks and issues, develop contingency plan, escalate to leadership as appropriate for Deloitte's scope of work

Review progress and provide status to project leadership for scope of work

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

7+ years of QA experience (End-to-End, UAT, SIT, Performance Testing, Release Management)

7+ years of project management experience

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is required.

Ability to lead and manage resources across different testing disciplines

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Role is remote

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110 ,000 to $170,000.
