Onsite work location will be in McLean VA with as needed client visit to client in Germantown MD when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Temporary remote work currently available due to COVID-19. Mix remote schedule may be available after COVID-19.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates efforts among teams and organizations to develop effective delivery scope, schedules, budget
  • Manages phases of approved Technology projects for assigned function including the development of technical requirements and justification, analysis of potential solutions, and preparation of appropriate project plan
  • Analyze Business Requirements and help develop optimal Solutions for Salesforce-based Implementation
  • Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups
  • Ensure service level availability of the SFDC platform and integration applications and provide on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities to resolve application issues.
  • Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visual Force
  • Assist with the planning of application changes, development and installation of upgrades and new releases.
  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advice on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
  • Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures.
  • Train users on using salesforce applications

Requirements:
  • BS Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
  • 3-5 years of development/admin experience in Salesforce Force.com platform
  • Experience in delivering Salesforce based projects in Sales, Marketing and/or Service clouds
  • Experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead/Delivery Lead
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Force.com App Builder and Service Cloud concepts
