Peraton is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Targeting Analyst to join our teams of diverse individuals in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Roles and Responsibilities may include:

• Selected candidate conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks

• Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent

• Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information

• Correlates threat data from various sources

• Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations

• Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes

• Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials

This position is located in Northern Virginia. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and nine years of professional experience. Four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

• Must have experience conducting research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks

• Must have experience driving full customer cycle, and experience in coordinating/writing customer documents

• Must have experience working with CONUS and OCONUS elements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Ability to produce analytic targeting products and briefings on key targets, networks, and issues for operators, collectors, and policymakers at the highest levels of government. Ability to use link analysis tools and demonstrated ability to incorporate methodological tools and approaches to research, analyze, and present data (modeling, SATs, social network analysis, etc.). Analytic and critical thinking skills, including ability to think strategically. 4-year degree or equivalent military experience in an applicable focus area. Desired Requirements: Familiarity with terrorism finance tools and databases. Familiarity with broad range of IC and law enforcement tools and databases. Familiarity with the legal authorities and roles of a broad range of national-level IC and law enforcement agencies. Ability to travel domestically and overseas for short periods. Foreign language capability. Education 4-year degree or equivalent military experience in an applicable focus area. Salary Determination: The ODNI uses a rank-in-person system in which rank is attached to GS employees on the basis of individual qualifications, experience, and performance. Individuals whose current GS grade is equivalent to the grade of the advertised position will retain their current grade and step. Individuals who transfer to the ODNI from a non-GS pay scale will have base pay converted to the appropriate GS grade and step as determined by the Director/ Human Resource Management.
