POSITION SUMMARYOwens and Minor is seeking a Global Release and Change Manager toassist with the planning, implementation and running of O&M's new Global ITSM Service Management program, with initial focus on Change Management and Release Management.TheGlobal Release & Change Managerreports directly to the Global Service Management Managerand will work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the Enterprise.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1.Establishes and implements industry best practices for Release, Change, Problem, and Incident Management.2.Oversees the development of the company's Global Change and Release Management policy and process.Participates in change management meetings and represent change requests for releases.3.Executes on the company's Change Management process, reviewing change requests, sending out communications, and leading reviews.4.Assists with the planning, implementation, and adoption of a single Global IT Service Management tool.Manages the release of ITSM tool, ensuring adherence to change management best practices.5.Coordinates and leads release readiness reviews, building orchestration plans, defining milestones, and managing the business Go/No-Go activities (execution of the deployment plans, deployment checklists, etc.).6.Maintains a release repository and manages key information (build and release procedures, dependencies, notification lists, etc.).7.Provides product ownership of the ServiceNow based ITSM environment, including driving tool adoption, future enhancements, training, etc.8.Supports the creation and maintenance of metrics related to Service Now usage (dashboards, published reports, metrics published on monitors, etc.)9.Partnering with internal resources to market ServiceNow capabilities, promoting and extending usage within the company.10.Assists with the development and management of other Global Service Management initiatives.SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1.Performs additional duties as directed.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree required

4 or more years of relevant experience required (Release Management, IT Change Management, Release Engineering, etc.)

ITIL certification preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred

Ability to adapt the process and the work practices to achieve an efficient flow of work through the Development and Production Support Teams. This includes everything from CI/CD teams to legacy application teams

Ability to define and revise Release and Change Management KPIs

Ability to work independently with light supervision

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Ability to define issues, business/technology needs, and implement solutions

Ability to adapt quickly to new business and technology

Experience with ServiceNow

Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS / VSTS

Strong verbal and written communication skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Some travel required , both domestic and international
