Maintain the Thermo Fisher Middletown HVAC, Freezer and Refrigeration Units.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production, utility, and facility equipment. This involves all vital documentation and data collection associated w/performing calibrations/ preventive maintenance work and validations of production equipment.
Capable of interpreting and completing mechanical plans, reading technical drawings, drafts and sketches.
Work independently in performing various tasks.
Assist other multi-craft maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues.
Document all equipment modifications for drawing revision.
Make recommendations for equipment and process improvements
Align with all industry standard and company specific safety regulations.
Follow all procedures to assure compliance with all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMP).
Ability to navigate and be proficient with required job functions associated w/maintaining/modifying data base CMMS (Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management)
Recognize and be accountable for the calibration/Preventive maintenance requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Universal EPA Certification.
Experience :
Preferred, minimum of 3 years of experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and freezer units in an industrial environment.
