Candidates MUST be a Certified Salesforce Administrator

Serves as the overall administrator and support liaison for the Salesforce platform.
Designs and implements effective business processes and workflows using standard objects and fields in addition to customizing objects and fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules. Optimizes service delivery by developing and maintaining workflows that enable the organization to deliver a competitively better experience to members and staff. Partners with stakeholders and vendors to deliver major implementations or initiatives. Partners with member experience and other personnel to understand and apply insights that enable our client’s teams to deliver great member experiences that help our members save, borrow and spend wisely.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as primary business owner of the Salesforce platform with 500+ users.
Provides expertise for all Salesforce user related issues and questions.
Designs and implements effective business processes and workflows using standard objects and fields in addition to customizing objects and fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules.
Develops and maintains the roadmap for improvements to the Salesforce platform for the Governance Council.
Creates, sets, maintains, monitors and reports on internal SLA’s and KPI’s.
Creates and customizes reports and dashboards.
Responsible for administrative functions within the Salesforce platform.
Responsible for monitoring and auditing user rights and license usage.
Facilitates meetings and guides conversations to identify requirements and explore what is possible.
Completes regular system audits and promotes data integrity, data governance and compliance.
In conjunction with Information Security, defines system roles and user rights.
Prepares for release testing and works with Business Support to coordinate.
In conjunction with the Business Support team, works with teams across the credit union to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new enhancement requests.
Oversite of the Salesforce data feeds and integrations for accuracy in conjunction with business partners.
Coordinates Salesforce training, documentation and guidance as needed.
Follows proper change management procedures.
Responds in a timely fashion to end users’ needs and support tickets.
Diagnoses and resolves user technical problems, involving Business Support as needed.
Serves as an advocate for our client’s members and employees, particularly with respect to supporting staff in the delivery of the member experience.
Establishes and maintains relationships with business areas to align strategic goals, strategy, and tactical plans.

Completes special projects as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER:
Knowledge of business requirements and ability to make recommendations to improve the process and/or the data to better meet the business need.
Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel (pivot tables, VBA), PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet applications.

Ability to propose, create, test, and implement tools and automation where applicable.
Ability to present findings or translate data into an understandable document.
Ability to create templates for data collection.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to present findings and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders, including executive management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field (or equivalent professional and technical experience).
Two years’ experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Experience deploying software such as a CRM using an agile development approach.
