COMMUNITY FOCUS is looking for a Collections Specialist with great communication skills to handle our business client accounts. You will be responsible for the collections on all assigned accounts to ensure payment is received in a timely manner. You will be in charge of all collection related task, including working directly with customers on current or past due invoices to ensure payment is received. You will handle all discrepancies and offer great customer service to resolve any and all concerns.
We offer outstanding benefits, including Medical/Dental, 401K, Personal & Vacation time and competitive pay! Must have at least 3 years of collection experience, full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, $14.00 an hour with monthly bonuses.
