Danny’s Glass, Inc. is looking for experienced and entry level Customer Service Representatives, must be a fast learner, detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00 (NO SATURDAY'S)
Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Service Writer
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Willingness to learn and to cross train in multiple departments
Reliable transportation
Customer service oriented both on the phone and in person
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Computer knowledge
Excellent attendance
Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Handle inquiries and produce orders for inquiries for auto glass or flat glass via phone, email, fax, or walk-in customers
Interacting with customers, insurance companies, agencies, and commercial accounts daily
Communicating and coordinating scheduling auto glass repairs.
Processing completed sales orders and reconciling daily store paperwork when required.
The ability to work professionally with customers in person and on the phone required
