This is not your typical car sales role; we are the first dealer group to bring the Fast, Simple, Smart negotiation free process to the Hampton Roads area. Our non-commissioned pay plan means that you can focus more on the customer's needs rather than using pushy, aggressive sales tactics. We also allow our Product Specialists to sell from the inventory of all of our 6 locations.
At Checkered Flag we provide you with all of the product and process training you need to be successful, even if you do not have previous sales experience! Your productivity, dedication, and work ethic are directly related to your ability to grow in the company; in fact, all of our sales team leaders are promoted from within.
As a Product Specialist, you will work to discover your customer's preferences, needs, and buying motives to ensure that they find the vehicle that is the right fit for them.
We are looking for someone who is driven and has proven customer service skills.
High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Previous Hospitality, Retail and/or Sales experience preferred
Valid Driver's License and good driving record
