We are an automotive repair company in need of an experienced state inspector/ automotive technician.
If you are well versed and efficient in this profession, this may be an opportunity for you to express your technical skills.
To fill this position, the applicant must be/have:
1. Prior Experience: Preferably 5 years or more
2. Team Player: Being able to coordinate with your service manager and the goals of the company is important.
3. Good Attitude: Our company has customer transparency. They will be able to take note of the technician working on the car. Establishing a friendly relation will insure customer loyalty towards the prospective technician.
4. Computer Literacy: Since state inspections are now electronically submitted, it is imperative that you know how to operate a computer.
5. Sales Growth Oriented: This includes the ability to express new ideas and strategies and giving feedback to the Service Manager about equipment, inventory, etc.
6. State Inspector's License: Before being interviewed, you must already possess a valid state inspector's license.
7. Must have your own tools.
8. Accountability: this will be discussed in detail during the hiring process.
