Position DescriptionProvide programming activities related to CNIC G2 Portal administration support for Command Navy Region Mid Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia.
Knowledge and experience programming in .NET 3.5, C#, ASP. TSQL, C/C, XML. Experience also with Sharepoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
Ability to support all activities related to CNIC G2 Portal administration including:
Monitor daily operation of Regional Gateway using SharePoint
Testing and developing software and ensuring code runs properly
Write, and modify code to build applications and sites for customers
Provide ongoing technical support and resolve technical issues via the CNIC Remedy Ticketing system
Debug software; manage security permission groups in accordance with Least Privilege.
Knowledge of basic computer and mobile device troubleshooting. Ability to support the following areas:
Assisting with all activities related to NMCI contract support and wireless device management as required
Assisting with maintaining an accurate inventory for NMCI assets and wireless devices
Assisting with distribution of computers and wireless device assets providing customer technical support
Assisting with NMCI ordering
Assisting with support for all type of wireless devices to include iPhone activation, email setup, IOS upgrade tech support and replacement/upgrade if necessary
Qualifications
Requires a HS Diploma/GED
Requires 1-5 years of SharePoint Administration expreince and 10 years overall technical experience
Must have active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Must be 8570 Compliant IAT Level II within 60 days of hire
