KITCHEN PREP- LINE COOK
Full-Time/Part-Time
Individuals must have previous culinary experience with hot and cold foods and some experience in garnishe'. Knowledge of rotation of foods and ability to do prep work for next day a must. Flexibility with hours and shifts including weekends a must.
SERVER- Restaurant
Individuals for these positions must have previous server experience with the ability to lift 40 lbs. above waist on a continuous basis. Computer knowledge, excellent communication skills and great customer service experience a must. Individual must be flexible with hours and have the ability to work weekdays as well as weekends (Sunday included).
BANQUET SUPERVISOR
Individual will assist with overseeing all Banquet Servers and Houseman, to ensure all events go smoothly and efficiently. Must be flexible to work weekends, including Sunday's and holidays
Must be able tor remember details, ensuring Banquet Event Orders and Catering preparations adhered to. Must be flexible and open to last minute changes.
As Banquet Supervisor, you will:
â¾Oversee banquet and food and beverage setup according to Banquet Event Orders.
â¾Assist in meeting sales and financial goals. Assist with preparation of gratuities for payroll.
â¾Step up in the absence of the Banquet Manager, meet with clients to review banquet orders and changes.
â¾Monitor and manage banquet facilities and equipment.
A high school education or equivalent is required, with one full year experience in a related position, preferably in a banquet hotel setting. The ability to learn how to operate a computer, business equipment and software is required. Effective written and verbal English communications is also required. This position requires full mobility, occasional lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds.

DISHWASHER - Individuals applying for this position must have the drive and ability to work well alone. This individual will be responsible for the sanitation area of the kitchen and will be required to clean dishes, clean pots and pans, remove garbage, and sweep and mop the kitchen area to the standards of Doubletree Hilton and the Health Department. Individual must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and must obtain a Food Handler's Card. Individuals must be flexible and have the ability to work weekdays, weekends and nights.
