Our Hampton clinic is currently searching for an experienced, mature, outgoing and professional Physical Therapy Aide to provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees, and referral sources!
This position includes some of the following duties:
Assist in preparation of patients for treatment under the direction of physical therapist.
May be responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment.
Prepares and sanitizes treatment room for the patients.
Helps maintain the medical records of the client and perform various clerical duties.
Greets the patients and schedules appointments.
Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
We Prefer:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
Has knowledge of commonly-use concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Ability to create positive relationships with patients, referral sources, fellow coworkers, and clinicians.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and concerns easily.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Hours:
Full time, 40 hours per week, M-Th: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Fr: 8:00am - 12:00pm.
