I am in need of a reliable person(s) to maintain my lawn on a biweekly basis, less in winter of course. Duties will be mowing, weeding, clearing of driveway porch and walkway, periodic cleaning of front beds and more uncommonly debris cleanup post storms. Front and back $40, more for debris cleanup depending on severity post storm. Must have own equipment, prefer removal of debris bags. Pine Meadows area of Va Beach, local preferred.
