SUMMARY
Global Management Services, LLC is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Trades Helper
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Trades Helper assists one or more workers in the skilled maintenance trades by performing specific or general duties of lesser skill such as: keeping
a worker supplied with materials and tools, cleaning working area, machine, and equipment; assisting general maintenance worker by holding materials or tools; and performing other
tasks as directed by waste water operator. The kind of work the helper is permitted to perform varies from trade to trade. In some trades the helper is confined to supplying, lifting, and holding materials and tools, and cleaning working areas and in others, the worker is permitted to perform specialized machine operations, or parts of a trade that are also performed by workers on a full-time basis Will be required to work towards obtaining a class 3 waste water license and a class 4 water license.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
One (1) year maintenance experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to complete the essential duties and responsibilities of the job.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have basic hand tools. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
