We are looking for a very dependable person that MUST have own truck and tools, ladder rack is a plus. Must have a DL. Duties will include fences, landscaping, punching out the new house , siding repairs, job site clean up, material delivery and anything and everything to have the homes move in ready. If you can drive a landscape truck a plus. Will be doing different tasks every day. Will train the right person if needed. We have a very low turnover and want someone for a long time permanent position. We are primarily on the Peninsula but build in all the seven cities. Serious inquiries only.
