We are looking for an experienced individual for a key position within our Machining and CNC Department. Experience with HAAS and Mori, Mill and Lathe machines. We are in an exciting growth phase, and looking for a direct hire.
Responsibilities:
Accurately program machines according to engineered prints for vertical and horizontal mills.
Understand, calculate, and set controls to regulate speed, feed and coolant control.
Detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining, and make machining control adjustments.
Manage part production to meet scheduled due dates.
Operate and run multiple machines at once.
Lead, direct and train 2-3 subordinates.
Experience and requirements:
CNC Certification and prior experience required. Minimum 2 years.
Familiar with CAD drawings and SolidWorks
Proficient use of measuring devices and math.
High school Diploma, Degree or Certification
Follow oral and written instructions; punctual, with a strong work ethic.
