We are seeking several hours of consulting, as needed over time, with experienced designers, technicians, and operators in the following fields:
Autodesk's Fusion 360 software
UL testing and approval of receptacles, snap-switches, and non-metallic junction boxes
High speed injection mold design
High speed injection molding plastics meeting UL Standards
High speed injection molding (a million or more units a week)
Die-stamped and folded 20 gauge spring-tempered brass conductors
Robotic pick-and-place assembly
Automated unit packing (zip lock bags)
Automated carton packaging (100 units per carton, shipped loose)
Carton shipping (10,000 cartons a week, 2 day delivery, 90% to the US)
Website ordering and credit card payment
