Construction company is looking for a part time Administrative assistant to work at a project located in the Norfolk area.
Work hours: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
All Training will be provided for this position
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle job site data entry payroll
- Handle new hire paperwork.
- Explain company policies to co-workers at the project.
- Assist corporate office with personal documents of co-workers.
Job Requirements:
- Bi-Lingual(English/Spanish)
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to use computers and tablets to process data entry and paperwork.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel,Word and power point.
- E-Verify qualified Preferred
