We are a hobby products mail order company in business for 18 years. Pleasant office environment.
Immediate need for 2 people:
1. Office admin. See detailed job description below. 3 to 4 days per week, no weekends. 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
2. General Office Support. 2 to 4 days per week, no weekends. 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Job entails all aspects of order processing, including; pulling, packing and making shipping labels. Plus repackaging of small parts. Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. We will train for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Admin Position:
General office and secretarial duties
Order processing
Light bookkeeping
Handling of incoming calls
Ordering supplies
Etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for Admin position:
Minimum of two years office experience
Prefer one year of college credits or business school
Experience with day to day office duties
Excellent attention to detail. Very important aspect of this job.
Good typing skills.
Fluent with office software, such as Excel, Word, Etc.
General secretarial skills
Good communication skills, both oral and written. Able to construct letters and emails. You will be engaging with vendors and customers
Neat legible handwriting
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Good arithmetic skills.
We will train for the General Office position.
