Busy Great Bridge law firm is seeking a full time Receptionist/Office Assistant.
Duties include: Receiving/Transferring incoming phone calls; Scheduling conference rooms;
Greeting clients and guests; Maintaining reception area; Processing financial transactions;
Filing, copying, and data entry; Receiving and sorting U.S. Mail; Preparing USPS/UPS/FEDEX
packages.
Requirements:
Office/Receptionist experience is required.
Applicant must be dependable and punctual.
Applicant must be professional in appearance and attitude.
Applicant must be courteous and attentive to client needs.
Solid written and verbal communication skills are required.
Applicant must have the ability to prioritize tasks and practice time management skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel are required.
Hours are 8:30am - 5pm
Monday - Friday
Salaried position - details available upon request.
Bi-weekly pay
Benefit package after 90 days
