This is a unique opportunity to join a small IT service company in the early stages of growth and share in the overall success as we expand our footprint throughout the Hampton Roads region. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on technical experience, strong people skills and a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities necessary to meet the needs of our customers. A candidate who has a proven track record along with established relationships with potential new clients is a big plus.
The candidate must have at least (7) years of proven experience in the IT industry with a strong focus on providing IT solutions for business organizations of all sizes. Technical knowledge, leadership skills along with strong public speaking ability are essential. Must be willing to handle multiple responsibilities and job roles necessary to support the expansion phase of a growing small business.

Bachelor's degree

The candidate should have expert level skills in at least one of the following areas and moderate skills in multiple:
Datacenter Practice Management
Managed Services Technologies (SolarWinds, nCentral, etc.)
Microsoft Windows Server (All versions)
Linux/Unix platforms a plus
MS Office 365 & On-Premise Exchange Messaging
MS SharePoint & SQL Database (Oracle a plus)
VMWare/Hyper-V Virtual Infrastructure
Dell EMC Storage Technologies (Converged, Flash, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, SAN, NAS)
Networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing protocols, VOIP
Security (IPS, FW, VPN, VLAN)
Datto BCDR Technologies
Quantum Storage technologies
SonicWALL & Cisco Networking
