I Have plenty of work. When I started this industry I could do pretty much all areas of home repair and remodeling. Plumbing, electrical, painting, doors, windows, decks, rotted wood etc etc etc.
I could be handed a work order and I handled all there was to handle.
I am looking for individuals like me.
One person maybe 2 not a crew of 5 or 6. Not just a painter. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO IT ALL AND DO IT ALL WELL!
. And you need to be flexible. Many times it's a -"drop what you're doing and go do this" - sort of thing
You need to have a business license and liability insurance,
We do work orders for landlords. We do work for property management companies.We do full remodels. We do repairs all the time.
Do it all.
Do it well.
Fix your mistakes when needed.
Have all the tools.
Have a reliable vehicle
AND ANSWER YOUR PHONE WHEN IT RINGS!
