HVAC Lead Installer
Primary responsibilities
Residential change outs
Install new units according to factory specifications and established industry safety standards.
To be familiar with standard HVAC concepts, practices and procedures within the HVAC field.
To be a self-motivated team player and take pride in your work.
Must be able to work in hot or cold weather and crawlspaces and attics.
Lead an install team and complete work in a timley fashion.
Must have excellent customer relationship abilities.
Full Time positon Monday - Friday
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years HVAC experience
Clean driving record
EPA Certified
NATE Certification is a plus
