Job Summary:
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing electrical, mechanical and carpentry support to plant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to follow and update a preventative maintenance schedule.
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to company truck.
Replace light bulbs as needed.
Complete any odd jobs, including carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
Build tables, shelves, etc. upon request.
Maintain inspection records.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.
Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read/comprehend/write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience a plus
Current attendance and performance records will be strongly considered for this position.
