We are looking to hire a seasoned Maintenance Technician with a senior level of experience. We are expecting to start the pay at up to $20 per hour plus potential for overtime, gas pay and bonus which could equal well over $40,000/year for the right candidate.
Palms Associates, LLC is an established owner/manager of conventional and commercial properties. We have 23 communities ranging in size from 54 units to 645 as well as more than 25 commercial properties across 6 states.
The Maintenance Technician we are looking for will be responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of our Virginia Beach property, The Palms Apartments (312 units), and ensuring that all residents have the best apartment living experience in Hampton Roads.

⢠Must have experience in maintenance
⢠HVAC certification required; applicants without HVAC certification could start in a maintenance
assistant/apartment make-ready role
⢠Must be able to work rotating, on-call work schedule
⢠Competent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Must be able to pass basic, post-offer physical exam aligned with essential physical requirements of this
position.
