RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Digital Analytics Business Analyst.
Overview:
The Digital Analytics Business Analyst will work with the Data Analytics team, global marketing leads, external agencies, and stakeholders across the organization to document marketing measurement business requirements and solutions for data collection, reporting, dashboards, analysis, and data privacy in order to drive insight, efficiency, and efficacy across Verisign websites and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics Business Analyst will assist in the development of the insights program by defining the business processes needed to streamline the delivery of actionable insights for Corporate, Marketing, and Product websites and campaign activity
Collaborate with stakeholders and document requirements for dashboards, reporting, and readouts
Create dashboards and reports according to collected requirements
As a Digital Analytics Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders and external agencies to provide analysis and feedback on readout slide decks, including QA for data integrity
Document data collection, A/B testing, reporting, dashboard, data integration, and data privacy business requirements in multiple formats (PPT, Excel, Confluence) for different audiences (business stakeholder, technical implementation team, and data analysts) in Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms to ensure we are getting the most value out of our data
Assist as needed in the QA of data collection, media tags, cookie consent, dashboards, reports, and readouts; Assist in the management of associated documentation, as needed
Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders throughout the organization to cultivate relationships, define business problems, develop plans, and recommend solutions related to the collection and use of data
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields is required
5 years of related experience in intermediate to advanced digital analysis and research
Advanced:
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience creating technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders with varied levels of technical understanding
Experience managing documentation and communication in collaboration platforms
Experience documenting and tracking deliverables
Intermediate:
Adobe Experience Cloud/Omniture SiteCatalyst, Adobe Workspace, Adobe DataWarehouse, Adobe Launch
Google Analytics, Google Ads
Strong technical understanding of current and emerging internet technologies, digital marketing, data analysis methodologies, market research resources/tools/methodologies, and the operations of a corporate website
Excellent understanding of UX concepts, basic website design and development
Experience with media drivers such as Display, SEM, Social, Content Marketing
Beginning/Intermediate:
Experience with data privacy compliance, cookie consent management implementation, and details related to the function/purpose of cookies
Data analysis, interpretation, data visualization, and communication skills
Experience with Oracle/Tableau or equivalent database or visualization tools
Understanding and experience with statistical concepts and methods such as regression modeling (linear and random forest), ANOVA, probability distributions, and Hypothesis Testing
