Job Description

The Mandiant Strategic Technology Partnerships team needs a technology alliances manager to provide full time coverage for partner integrations on behalf of the business and to maintain the interests of the Mandiant Solutions customers. As part of this team the TAP Manager will coordinate and drive best in class integrations for the mutual customer, working with the partner team to enable the partner-built integration with the Mandiant Solution asset or program.

This position will offer the candidate the ability to work with leading industry partners and help build mutual integrations that will drive both the partners and FireEye’s value proposition for the customer in a “better together” approach.

What You Will Do:

  • Build strategic partnerships with technology partners prioritized to be most impactful to the business goals for Mandiant Solutions; expand our partner ecosystem to align with organization’s goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Help define and guide integration use cases to optimize the ‘better together’ experience for customers.
  • Track and manage partner usage of API keys, per their vetted/approved use cases, as well as identify key metrics for reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to handle all aspects of partnership management: Legal, Procurement, Finance, Product Engineering, PMM, Account and SE teams.
  • Drive high quality marketing-communications deliverables for internal and external audiences, including dedicated partner page content on our brand website, FireEye Market content, joint solution briefs, data sheets, etc.
  • Drive revenue by generating sales leads and opportunities, as well as influence customer retention (ARR) through activities such as webinars, emails, other partner events.
  • Manage technology partnership relationships, including partner program costs & procurement from vendors for the development and maintenance of existing and new integrations for Mandiant Solutions platform integrations (Malformity, Service Now, others)
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experiencemanagingpartners and the process to triage partners into or out of the TAP (Technology Alliance Partners) program.
  • Strongbackground interacting with product management, client facing teams, and other key stakeholders to resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Stong background of building better processes and visibility into the TAP program to ensure the business is aligned on customer value of partner integrations.
  • Incumbent will own responsibility for JIRA and confluence efforts for TAP and other systems used handle partner communications (ie slack).
  • Desire to focus on partner enablement for those partners that have significant mutual integrations, and to weed out partners with little mutual value.
  • Interact and coordinate with the larger FireEye partners team for any overlap.
  • Ensure the FireEye Market is up to date with partner information, handouts, or technical info, and working with the responsible team that owns the FireEye Market.
  • Ensure the FireEye field (sales, sales engineering) is aware of existing partnerships and possible integrations

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to create dashboards and partner status pages to strategically advise the business on red / yellow / green issues affecting this program.
  • Ability to utilize JIRA for documenting issues on partner integrations for team awareness and tracking to resolution with a good outcome for the customer.

Minimum Salary: $150,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
