Technical RecruiterPosition Description
eSolutionsFirst is expanding its recruiting team to support both existing and new clients in Washington, DC area and nationwide. We are actively seeking solid performers who want to challenge themselves to do better.
In this role you will be performing full life-cycle recruiting to support both our project based and staffing opportunities as our organization continues to grow.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of successful recruiting experience in information technology
Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding goals
Proven track record of network and pipeline recruiting
Proficient in the use of various candidate sources including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn, social networking sites, etc.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are required
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must have minimum of Bachelor s degree
Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems
Previous experience supporting MSP/VMS would be a plus
