Experienced hands-on bookkeeping professionalto handle all aspects of corporate bookkeeping including in-house payroll using QuickBooks Enterprise for a growing multi-division business near Innsbrook. Career Opportunity. Responsible for the general ledger function including AR. AP, bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, financial statement preparation, merchant services (PayPal), revenue reports, employee payroll and payroll reports. Additional responsibilities include administration of government licensing, compliance, corporate risk management (insurance, etc.) and database administration. Extensive QuickBooks experience in all aspects of accounting is required, including the integration of QuickBooks with Excel, in-house payroll processing and preparing quarterly and annual payroll reports. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task. An accounting degree or equivalent work experience is required. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
