Association Property Manager needed in Richmond, VA.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience, excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and energetic, knowledgeable about association/condominium property management procedures, and committed to the overall success of the property.
Job Details:
Responsible for the management of property. Including staff members
Build and maintain homeowner confidence and foster good relations
Ensure exterior of community meets company safety and appearance
Enforce policy/procedures as it relates to property management.
Oversee financial reports for the community
Complying with local/State/Federal laws/ordinances including Fair Housing laws.
Supervisor outside contractors working on the property
Assist with annual preparation/review of budgeting process.
Communicating effectively, daily with Director of Association Management
Monitor employee training to ensure portfolio is on track with education requirements.
