Part-time Property Manager needed for a multi-family housing property in Petersburg, VA. Will work 24 hours a week. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday on the first and last weeks of the month and Monday, Wednesday, Friday all other weeks.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience, excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and energetic, knowledgeable about property management procedures and committed to the overall success of the property.
Job Details:
Responsible for the management of property. Including assist in coordinating on-site tasks with maintenance
Resident complaints, traffic reports, etc.
Enforce policy/procedures as it relates to property management.
Follow collection and delinquency procedures.
Complying with local/State/Federal laws/ordinances including Fair Housing laws.
Responsible for posting rent, meeting pre-determined occupancy and NOI goals.
Assist with annual preparation/review of budgeting process.
Work with marketing director to ensure all marketing is up to date and succeeding.
Communicating effectively, daily with regional manager.
Monitor employee training to ensure portfolio is on track with education requirements.

Requirements:
3+ years of active assistant property management experience; experience as a property manager is preferred.
Drug and background tests
Available Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday on the first and last weeks of the month and Monday, Wednesday, Friday all other weeks.
