Seeking General Manager for ATV sales and parts business. Seeking manager who can come in and run the business. Duties include managing the shipping, customer service, domestic purchasing, safety and organization. Creating and managing the social media campaigns. Managing the production operation ensuring that people are productive, quality is good and safety is maintained. Ensuring that orders go out on time. Answering customer issues and managing our Google and BBB ratings.
Must be driven and assertive and able to address people and issues directly without avoidance. Must have good organizing and analytical skills. Must be able to take direction well and give direction well. Pay depends on experience, management and analytical skills and your ability to make money for the owners in the most self-directed manner.
