Our Online Customer Service Representatives (CSR):

· Quickly answer our online customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner

· Deliver exceptional service to our customers

· Must excel at providing top-notch customer service

· Interact with customers through social media, calls and emails

· Place orders, answer product questions, process returns/exchanges, process damage and defective product claims.

· Must have the ability to multi-task being on the phone, responding to emails, and researching for customer follow-up all congruently.

· Manage and maintain customer service data spreadsheets

Required Skills:

· Ability to exercise independent judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to meet above responsibilities

· Strong organizational skills as evidenced by ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

· Professional demeanor

· Good written and verbal skills

· Sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality of information

· High competency level with various PC + Google applications (MS Office/Google Forms)

Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred 3 years' experience in administrative support
