Stefanini Group is looking for a Communication Specialist with 100% Remote option.
Must have experience with content development for web sites and have background in communications and/or marketing. Excellent writing skills and experience in translating complex IT concepts to non-IT users. Experience with Chat bots or Natural Language Processing (NLP). Must have organized and logical thought process as someone who has or is capable of software development. Software development experience would be a plus.
5 to 8 years of experience with Web site development and design, specifically content development.At least 5 years of experience in IT services and customer facing roles.Nice to have experience with software development
