About the Opportunity

The new EVP, System IT Enterprise Architecture and the SVP, Cloud Executive have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at the Advanced level that will support across their offices.

In this role you will provide administrative support for department units and management including, but not limited to, preparing, revising, and developing documents; maintaining and/or monitoring calendars, files, e-mails, deadlines and appointments; making travel arrangements; procuring supplies and processing invoices; coordinating meetings; maintaining databases; acting as a liaison to other departments; and completing assigned projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Produce and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, some of which are confidential or sensitive in nature.
  • Maintain department-wide calendars and other department databases as needed.
  • Perform purchasing and payment activities for department, working within established guidelines to ensure compliance with Federal Reserve policies and timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain department records including department procurement records to meet requirements of audits and operations reviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the management team both within the 5th District and across the System.
  • Develop analytical reports and complete other department projects.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for guests and work directly with them to coordinate meeting, travel, or other routine arrangements.


Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of prior administrative assistant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.

  • The hiring range is $60,400 - $75,500 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
