Skills Required: Experience working as a help desk tech using Windows based client computers with Microsoft office products. Experience interacting with end users by phone, email or in person. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse number of IT tasks and bring to successful closure in a brief amount of time. Experience with a help desk environment for Level 1 support Help desk experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, mifi). Ability to educate/assist users with training/education guides to ensure staff future success. Ability to document processes as needed. Experience supporting audio-visual equipment to include connected television/monitors
